Terms of Service

Effective: 10 September 2025

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the ICS EU ENS HS6 Prep for Google Sheets (“Service”), provided by ENSage Labs (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for preparing and validating Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) data within Google Sheets.

3. Not a filing client

The Service does not connect to the Shared Trader Interface/Portal or transmit declarations to customs. You are responsible for filing via appropriate portals or systems.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate data and review validation results before export.
• Comply with applicable laws and carrier/customs requirements.
• Maintain control of your Google Account and Drive files.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use.
• No attempt to access data beyond the current spreadsheet or circumvent security.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement least-privilege scopes and do not sell user data.

7. Modifications

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to prevent harm.
